Windows 11 I keep getting errors that i have no connection.... But i checked and ethernet is connected and connection is strong.... what could the problem be ?

i am getting errors and pop ups that i have no internet connection but my network says connected.... I also see a message on my tv that says no internet. I am connected to ethernet and have had no disconnection or interference in my internet connection in the last 3 years so what is the problem ?I would also like to know of of overall system test I could run to check on some other issues like files wont open. I ran network diagnostics and it came out that there was no network problems.
