Windows 11 I keep getting kernel power 41 and whea-logger error 18 and event Id 86

I've tried swapping out the psu and ssd, stress tested the ram sticks individually and with eachother, stress tested the cpu and the gpu, the results came with no abnormality, I've had the issue for close to 4 months now. I don't know what to do anymore, I've posted 3 form posts but nothing seemed to work
