Windows 11 I keep getting the BSOD error VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR . How do I stop it from happening?

Over the last two years, I have run into the BSOD error VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR many times. It always would appear during a gaming session and nothing else would trigger it. I have an Aero 16 Xe4 laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU and a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H. I first tried a factory reset which solved the issue after a month of constant crashes. I have rarely had a BSOD since but I am having issues once again. I would like to find the cause of the issue so I do not have to reset my laptop this time.
