Windows 11 I keep getting the same windows updates and I check my history and it says installed successfully, why is that? Is it installing multiple instances of

As the question says, I keep checking windows update and finding it wanting to download and install the exact same updates again and again. Even though, when I check the update history, it says they were all successfully installed with no errors. It also takes several hours for the updates to even install. I am also having problems with the file explorer being very very slow and fan speeds ramping up for no reason. I should mention, I'm running Windows 11 Home edition on the Steam Deck after dual booting. I gave it a 650GB partition to use and as far as I can tell, Windows uses possibly around
