Windows 11 I lose the BitLocker key, and I need serious help please.

I changed the SSD and installed a new OS. The old SSD requested a BitLocker key. I went to my device and disabled one partition; the C partition didn't accept the same key. The old SSD contained very important data for me, and I need it in my study. Please, anyone can help me or lead me to contact MS regarding this problem.
