Windows 11 I lost my bluetooth on/off button and also can't open it in settings

Hi I have a problem with my bluetooth device on windows 11 by it don't have on/off button in Quick Settings panel and also in settings>bluetooth and devices.I have checked bluetooth driver in device manager and it's working properly, and also tried all these ways:1. Run the Appropriate Windows Troubleshooters2. Check the Quick Settings Panel3. Check Bluetooth Settings4. Turn Off Fast Startup5. Configure the Bluetooth Support Service6. Update or Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers7. Run SFC and DISM Scans8. Boot into Safe Mode9. Troubleshoot the Issue With Startup Repairbut it still not working and
