Windows 10 I moved "My Picture" to a different drive now Microsoft Photos crashes

I have a nearly full c drive with alot being taken up by photos. I used the move menu option to move it to my other internal drive.Now if I try to open Microsoft Photos it crashes.Also in Icloud if I select view pictures in Microsoft Photos it crashes.
