Windows 11 I need a Windows Hello pin to log in, but can't make one?

Hello,I have two computers, and it has been a while since i used one. Now i need it though, when i try to login, i put in my email and my password, and then it says: "using windows hello with your account, if you want to use email to easily and securely access apps, you need to set up a Windows hello face, fingerprint or PIN to do soif you have already set this up, it will be added automatically for this account. you may be prompted to re-authenticate with windows hello."you can only select "ok" on this page.Then i put in my password and log in, like i normally do,and then a page called
