Windows 11 I need help for a friend | IPV4 and IPV6 doesnt work on main PC but does on Laptop via Ethernet cable.

Hello,My friend is experiencing problems with his Ethernet cable. IPV4 and IPV6 doesnt work on his PC after plugging in the Ethernet cable (WIFI works fine), which is weird since the cable isnt broken since it works on other devices (mainly laptop)Are there any fixes to this specific problem? ----------------------------------------IPV4-connectivity = Not ConnectedIPV6-connectivity = Not Connected----------------------------------------view your active networks = Unknown network | Access type: no internet accesspublic network | Connections: Ethernet-----------------------------------
