Windows 11 I need help resetting my pc

Hello, im trying to reset my pc to sell it, and when i try to do a clean reset of the pc it stops half way and goes to a blue screen asking if i want to go back to windows, shut down, reset the pc again or advanced, im not a computer expert and i need help asap
