Windows 11 I need help to change the email with Microsoft so that I can access my Outlook (traditional) account.

Windows 11 / Microsoft Office Professional 2019 >> My Outlook app is linked to an OBSOLETE email account. I can't sign in with that account because I no longer have access to that email account (we relocated -that service was not available at our new home) and it is no longer recognized by Microsoft.I need help to change the email with Microsoft so that I can access my Outlook (traditional) account. The Outlook app was "lost" with a recent Microsoft update ...changing to "new" which I am not interested in using (but frankly, it also seems to be linked to the OBSOLETE email address).
