Windows 11 I need help with a hacker and he won’t let me log into my pc and I can’t factory reset my pc in advanced options

It won’t let me sight in like it’s blurry and my wife is slowww and when I try to get into safe mode it won’t let me and my advanced options still work but when I turn on my pc it’s blurry and I can’t do anything
