Windows 11 I need help with my audio not working all of a sudden. Possible driver problem?? IDK?

I have run all available trouble shooters and nothing has changed. My audio output stopped working yesterday and I have no idea why. This is information I can give you : In Device Manager I have opened Audio inputs and outputs / Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio) / Properties / general tab -says working properly, Driver tab -Driver provider is Microsoft , Driver Date 5/6/2022, Version 10.0.22621.1. Once I Click driver details I get a window stating No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device. In the details tab the value is Audio Endpoint.
