Windows 11 I need help with my windows 11 pc randomly cutting off video and audio

On windows 11 (new pc) every so often my monitor will black screen and audio to my headset will cut off. I've looked in the event log and each time it happens the only warning is event ID 1000 and event id 10016. I have to hard shutdown using the power button to get picture back. Every time I do this however it takes less and less time for it to reoccur until eventually I have to do a fresh windows install. But after awhile it happens again. Also each time it happens, my gpu (4070) can speeds up to max rpm.
