Our church used Church Windows software, which is registered to the front office computer as the Administrator, and that computer has to be on in order for me to access the financial portion of the software. I am the only person who has access to that part of the software. When McAfee, our security suite updates or corrects any problems with the program, it alwas disconnects my network into the maincomputer. I always have to call a computer company to come to reconnect me, and the tech will disconnect Microsoft security saying that the problem is in that software. Of course, then we do not get updates and the cycle begins again of not being covered by the security software. I talked to the McAfee tech yesterday and he said I should call Microsoft. I can't find a phone number to call, so am hoping you will tell me how to contact someone from your company who can work me through this problem.
