Windows 10 I need serious help

I own an HP EliteBook 8470p. It’s pretty old. It’s been running fine for a while but this morning when I woke up it was doing this repair thing. I didn’t really think anything of it because it was early and I was tired. But after that finished it started displaying this other message. And I tried hitting all the buttons it would let me. Selecting every available option. It just kept giving me the same screen below.
