Windows 11 I need support with windows 11, I don't find any way to get someone to chat with/talk with

I tried to connect support for hours and I can't reach any help. My windows 11 doesn't work. I need a person to talk with. I also have a case number which I can't put anywhere to continue it. Pls help me contact real support.And I can't use the get help app cuz my windows doesn't work! thanks
