Windows 11 I need the phone number to fix my locked computer because defender warning

When I opened my olderr laptop it was locked and there was a warning that Windows Defender had detected a Trojan Virus.It has a phone number to call but I am leery as to whether or not this is a scam.The number is 877-428-8320. Is this a valid number?
