Windows 11 I need to delete my bookmarks on the MS account side.

There is a corruption in my bookmarks when I sync my account. I need to delete the source files that MS has with my account and start fresh. I need to copy what I have on my laptop to be the new source files, but when I sync the data is downloaded from my MS account, giving me corruption again. Other than making an entirely new account, what can I do? I need to stop MS as the source to replace my corrected files.
