Windows 11 I need to relocate my boot partition from D to C where windows lives

My windows is loaded on my C: drive. The D: drive is a SSD that I want to swap out. Thing is it’s got the boot directory or files because if I pull the D drive the PC will not boot to windows. How to I get everything to just boot from C where windows is installed.? Thanks
