Windows 11 I need to set up a virtual machine for Ninjatrader 8 to run withing my MacBook Pro.

I am trying to setup a virtual machine within VMware Fusion 13 on my MacBook Pro. I have VM installed, purchased Windows 11 Home. I thought I was downloading directly to my Mac - into VM Fusion but the download will not proceed past the download assistant. What else do I need to do. I cannot get back to the download page. Any assistance would be so appreciated. My final goal is to be able to run NinjaTrader 8 which I have not been able to download either. I am sure I need the VM already setup in order to do that.
