Windows 11 I need to set up my pin, but I cannot do it without wifi, when I look for available networks, none show up.

I cannot go to settings because I cannot enter my computer without my pin, I cannot set up my pin without wifi, almost all solutions require me going to settings to fix my wifi. My wifi also works for all other devices in my household, so I doubt restarting my router would help.
