I need to speak to a live agent or chat. I have been stuck in the microsoft loop for years now. I have an old email that no longer exists that is associated with this account. I need to remove or change this email to a new one. ALSO I cannot or am not being lalowed to remove my kidsfrom the family account -told to use the person whom gave permsiion...which was me. SO this is totally unacceptable from a consumer standpoint. I need to speak to a live agent to resolve thee loopped issues and NOT be told to view some random help page. RIDICULOUS!
