Windows 11 I need to uninstall KB5044284 but it doesn't show on the list of updates that can be installed.

I'm having trouble installing software for a scanner and have reached out to the support for the scanner. They have seen issues with KB5044284 and suggested uninstalling it. The update shows as being installed but not on the list of updates that can be uninstalled.I need to get this resolved as I have users that desperately need a new computer but it's worthless unless I can get the scanner installed.From Support:Thank you for contacting PFU Ricoh support advising the below with provided screenshots of system info.
