Windows 11 I need to verify if my computer was hacked. Someone gave me their name and MS employee ID

The microsoft defender came up and shut down my computer. I called the MS support number and a person answered and gave me his name and supposed employee number. I need to know if he really was an employee or if I was hacked. This is urgent as he controlled my computer and changed my IP.
