Windows 10 I own Forza Motorsport 7, but the option to install not present on Xbox application for PC

I see that I own it on the Microsoft Store as well as the official website via my account, but on the Xbox app, it shows "Not Available" to install. What can I do to remedy this? I have tried to reset the store app but no luck.
