Windows 11 I purchased an Acer Aspire and I’m having problems with the amount of memory on the SSD.

I purchased an Acer Aspire that was supposed to have 8 GB RAM & 256 GB of SSD MEMORY. After setting it up I noticed (in my outlook account) it only showed the laptop as having 6 GB’s of RAM, and 242 GB SSD. I then needed to do a CTRL F10 to rest all it to its factory defaults. All it did was cause me to lose over 53 more GB’s of my SSD Memory. Is their anyway to retrieve the memory?
