Windows 11 i Purchased DTS Unbound back in 2018. i have had no problems till today it says to buy it

i Purchased DTS Unbound back in 2018. i have had no problems till today it says to buy it in spite of the fact that i already purchased the entire suite on October 24 2018. I have looked on the vendor website and it was entirely unhelpful for my particular issue. the record of my purchase is in my order history as i bought it from the Micorsoft store.
