Windows 10 I purchased something and I didn't get it

I bought Minecraft Windows 10 Starter Collection which gets you several items, and even 700 minecoins, it thought 700 minecoins wasn't enough to me so I added +700 minecoins to the purchase, so in theory I should end up with 1400, which is not the case. I received the game, the packs that come with it and only 700, even though the purchase showed I had the other 700 minecoins I paid for.
