I can access my Microsoft account and see my device. However, when I click on the Manage recovery keys, I get an error. I tried the Contact Us link, but it just goes through self-help pages in circles, and there is no way to contact anyone. Please get back to me. I'm a paying Microsoft customer, and it's just ridiculous that I got locked out of my computer in the first place and that there is no way to contact anyone.
