Windows 11 I receive the error when installing Windows 11: "Windows Could Not Prepare the Computer to Boot"

I desperately need help installing Windows 11!I have 2 NVMe SSDs and 2 SATA SSDs. I want to have Ubuntu in one NVMe SSD and Windows on the other NVMe SSD.I actually had Windows 11 running on one NVMe SSD, the same one I'm now trying to install this to. Basically, I upgraded my CPU from Ryzen 2700X to 7950X3D, the CPU cooler, a new motherboard and I went from DDR4 -> DDR5 RAM. I didn't upgrade my GPU and SSD drives. I had read online that after such a major upgrade, I should clean reinstall Windows so I decided to delete the partitions and clean install Windows 11 on the same NVMe again.Howe
