Windows 11 I recently installed a new HP printer. Since then, an image has appeared in the lower right corner of my screen.

I recently installed a new HP printer. Since then, an image has appeared in the lower right corner of my screen. I can't delete it and don't dare open it. McAffee has not detected any issues. I don't see how to attach a screen shot but the picture has a blue background and what looks like a white road going up with some green that could be grass on the right side.
