Windows 10 I recently installed Malwarebytes after a BSOD and I keep getting this popup - How do I remove this trojan?

Hello, I recently got a BSOD after installing some files. After deleting these files and installing Malwarebyte, I removed 1 malware. Currently, I keep getting popups like this from Malwarebytes informing me of it blocking access to "monerooceans.stream" and that it is a trojan. Basically the popup is titled "Website blocked due to trojan" and a file named C:\Windows\System32\dialer.exe is involved in this as well. I found people experiencing similar problems here and here. I believe the problem i am facing is identical or very similar to the both of them. Please could you help me in resolving
