I recently purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 and encountered an issue with setting up Windows Hello. Despite following all the necessary steps, I keep receiving the message "This option is currently unavailable." I have ensured that all drivers and Windows updates are current, and my camera is functioning correctly. I also tried troubleshooting and testing the camera, but the problem persists. In the Windows Settings, the sign-in options for Windows Hello apps and services appear, but they are grayed out and cannot be clicked.
