Windows 10 i recently updated my pc to windows 10 and i noticed that i have two boot folders in disc c and d, is this normal?

i also found other same windows folders in disk c and d and f and i deleted the ones that were in disk d and f because they were taking up space but i cant delete boot folder because it keeps saying that the folder is running and i cant even copy it to another disk tooi wanna know is it normal? i think the two boot folders are different so probably i should keep them both but how can i copy the boot folder from disk d to c and then delete it from disk c while it keeps telling me that the folder is running? i wanna move the boot folder to disk c and then delete the boot folder from disk d becau
