Windows 10 I replaced the hard drive on my HP ENVY x360 and reinstalled Windows 10 from a USD drive and now the sound doesn't work.

I updated the drivers and ran the hardware tests from BIOS and everything checked out fine.I went through all of the steps in the various trouble shooters both Windows and HP.
