Windows 10 I Reset PC and wanted to keep my files, but now I'm stuck on "Choose an option" screen

Hi,My ASUS Laptop recently had a problem where it wouldn't get past the login screen and would flicker endlessly. After some troubleshooting, including uninstalling my display driver in safe mode and uninstalling recent updates, I decided to try to Reset PC in the "Choose an option" Windows Recovery Environment blue screen. I wanted to keep my files (so not a clean install), so I chose that option and it went through the process and got all the way up to ~80% of the Windows installation process. When it hits 80%, it restarts (as it says it would do occasionally at the bottom), but it lands me
