Windows 11 I reseted My LapTop and now everytime I set background to slideshow in the SAME second it changes back to Picture

I had to reset my Laptop because I couldn't get into the Laptop. It said something happened and your pin isn't available anymore. Setup new Pin. Nothing worked and I had to reset my Laptop. But NOW the same second I change my Background settings to slideshow it changes back to picture. It is really frustrating. If somebody knows why pls help don't know what to do.
