Windows 11 I signed in to my new laptop under the wrong outlook account. I signed in with an account that is not mine, somehow!

I registered my new laptop under an outlook account that is similar to mine but not mine. The only difference is mine has a 77 at the end of the email address. How I did this not possessing the password is beyond me. But I did. So now, even once I tried reinstalling windows (which I may have done wrong) I still can't get into it. It's a new laptop and I can't use it all bc I forgot to put a 77 in the address. Please help.
