Windows 11 I somehow recently moved my large files from my computer OneDrive to an external drive all the video files are now jpg files how do I change them back

I recently forced somehow 3 gig of videos and music files from my one drive on my pc to an external drive. The files somehow are in the root directory of the new drive and all my video files are now JPG files and the name of the file now has the name of " C:\\users]onedrive\documents\onedrive\documents(1)\onedrive\documents(1) and it repeats about two more times. how can I get my video files back to video files?
