Windows 7 I started downloading windows 10 but the progress is stuck at 0%. What should I do?

I started downloading windows 10 but the progress is stuck at 0% and the time taken for it is going to be 12 hour in a few minutes. In this situation what should I do?

My internet speed is 10mbps and i have windows 7 ultimate on this device, I have done all other formalities, but still it is so.
