Hello Guys ,

I have a VPN app which was working fine until today . Today my clients messaged me and said the file is detected as a virus by windows 10 defender . I submitted my file and the analyst has answered the following :

Analyst comments:

We have removed the detection. Please follow the steps below to clear cached detection and obtain the latest malware definitions. 1. Open command prompt as administrator and change directory to c:\Program Files\Windows Defender 2. Run “MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures” 3. Run "MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate" Alternatively, the latest definition is available for download here: Latest security intelligence updates for Microsoft Defender Antivirus and other Microsoft antimalware - Microsoft Security Intelligence

Does this mean that the problem is fixed automatically now ? Does this mean any new customer that tries to download and install my app won't be prompted with a virus message ? This is hurting my business a lot . Please kindly let me know what I should do next in order to get rid of this message . I can not test to see if it has been solved .
