Windows 10 I tried the steps but still get error 0x104 please advise

Trying to remote a pc and a mac. Pc uses windows 10 mac uses Sonoma 14.5. Just using remote desktop get error code 0x4. Tried the steps listed here to correct the code but still not working please advise.
