Windows 7 I tried to add a Network Adapter and my desktop icons became very large and Chrome is very zoomed

Sir I visited device manager in my windows 7 I selected Network adapter and click on action add Hardware, Then add hardware wizard open, mistakely I downloaded add hardware wizard , End clicked on, finish 10 my laptop restart.And my desktop icons become large and I then I opened a google chrome and it become Very.Zoomed * Changed to a question* Original title: Pls help
