I got a screen that said my computer was infected and to call Microsoft. I tried what I knew to get the computer back to running, nothing worked. In desperation I called the number. I was not convinced the person was really Microsoft. The person, after a half hour on the phone convinced me he was from Microsoft. He was trying to fix my computer what froze due to spy wear, as I recall. He took over the computer. I was in shock. I never realized Microsoft could do that. My cursor was flying cross my screen.
