Windows 10 I try to recover it. It tells me that I don’t have enough information when I fill out all the form.

I have been trying for 30 minutes to recover and create a new password for my account. I do not have an access to the recovery email each time I try to recover it. It tells me that I don’t have enough information when I fill out all the form. What do I do?
