Windows 10 I unchecked the “number of processors” in msconfig now my pc will not boot

my task manager was only showing half of my CPU’s cores, i was reading online and say someone say that if you uncheck the “number of processors” in msconfig that if fixes the problem, i did this and not my pc will not boot.
