Windows 11 I uninstalled Onedrive and emptied the Onedrive folder. Now I get an error message everytime I try to post an image on the internet

I don't want Onedrive. I certainly don't want it synching across computers... or moving my files around. I initially tried unlinking it to this computer but it was still moving files into the onedrive folder so I uninstalled it and emptied the folder. I couldn't delete the onedrive folder but would have if I could have.Nopw when I try to upload an image onto the internet (inlcuding on here). I get this error message.It's also messing with screen shots made using the snipping tool. I get the message when I try to see where they have been saved and when I try to 'save as' elsewhere.I am not su
