Windows 11 I updated my PC, and now it won’t connect to my monitor. Trying to fix it just made it worse.

So today I opened the Gigabyte Control Center app that came with my PC, went down to the update section, and installed the latest drivers and software. After that was done, the screen said it was shutting down, but my PC lights/fans along with keyboard and mouse were still running, although my monitor was still unresponsive. I decided to hold the power button until all of those processes were stopped, and unplugged the cables and hit the power switch a few times.
