Windows 11 I updated to Windows 11 but my internet through my Realtek 802.11n went drastically slow

I updated my OS to Windows 11 and I had to reinstall my wifi adapter. Its wireless mode is IEEE 802.11b and is super slow. Other modes won’t work.The internet speed is highly inconvenient, and compared to my laptop and phone, it is very slow. I tried updated the driver and running the recommended solution that involves command prompt but it is still the same.
